Apple has pushed out iOS 7.1.1 with a lot of improvements over last release of 7.1 and iOS 7 and it has been proved that the improvements are not ignorable. iOS 7.1.1 brings major battery life time improvements that provide more than half more battery life to the iPhone, iPad Air and iPad Mini.
iFaith Brings Chance to Downgrade iOS 7.1.1
However, iOS 7.1.1 is not jailbreakable and this is the reason, why thousands of iPhone 5S, iPad Air and iPad Mini users wanna downgrade iOS 7.1.1 to iOS 7.0.6 or 7.0.4. I would like to add here one thing that Apple has stopped signing iOS 7.0.6 and prior firmwares. So, its impossible to downgrade iOS 7.1.1 to iOS 7.0.4 or 7.0.6.
Many users at Cydia Sources and Cydia blog have confirmed that they have downgraded their iOS 7.1.1 firmware to iOS 6.1.6 or to 7.0.6 back and they have jailbreak it again. After reading such posts, I had started some communication to those users who have successfully downgraded iOS 7.1.1 to iOS 7.0.6 or 6.1.3 and I found out that somehow, they have really downgraded iOS 7.1.1 to the lower firmwares like iOS 7.0.4, 7.0.6, 6.1.3
I have linked those posts above, which can be read online from the respective blogs. I would recommend to read them and follow the steps using iFaith Utility, before more changes from Apple.
